Reports & Usage
Where to find call, campaign, and journey reporting, and where billing and plan usage live
Every call Lemu makes or receives feeds two things you can go back and look at: reports, which summarize and export what happened, and usage, which tracks the voice minutes it used against your organization's plan.
Reports#
Reporting is available at three levels: an organization-wide dashboard, per-campaign and per-agent CSV exports, and a detailed report for each automation.
Dashboard overview#
The dashboard aggregates every run across your organization for a date range you choose: outcome and disposition breakdown, a connect-to-qualified conversion funnel, best hours to dial, and a leaderboard of your automations. Pick a workflow or leave it set to all agents.
From the dashboard you can export the underlying run records for that date range as a CSV (phone/web, disposition, duration, and a link to each run) using the Export CSV control.
Campaign and voice agent reports#
Each campaign and each voice agent has a Download Report action that generates a CSV of every completed call for that campaign or agent: run ID, timestamps, phone number, call disposition, duration, any extracted variables your agent captured, call tags, and links to the transcript and recording. Campaign reports can additionally be scoped to a date range.
Journey reports#
Each journey has a Report tab with its own analytics, scoped to the contacts/rows that journey has dialed:
- Conversations over time — daily call volume
- Row journey — a funnel from rows triggered, to called, to connected, to qualified
- Outcome mix — call disposition breakdown
- Best hours to dial — call and qualification counts by hour
- Calls needed to connect — how many attempts it typically takes to reach someone
- Conversation length — talk-time distribution
- Row details — a table with one row per contact, showing attempt count, last call outcome, last call duration, extracted variables, and the total call time for that row
Row details can be exported to CSV, and you can drill into any row to see the full history of calls made against it, each with its recording, transcript, and per-call duration.
What a report row contains#
Whether you're looking at a campaign report, an agent report, or the dashboard's exported runs, each row is backed by the same run record:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Run ID | Unique identifier for the run |
| Created at | When the run started |
| Phone number | The number dialed or the caller's number |
| Call disposition | How the call ended (e.g. connected, no answer, voicemail) |
| Call duration | Talk time in seconds |
| Extracted variables | Structured data your agent pulled out of the conversation |
| Call tags | Any tags your agent's workflow attached during the call |
| Transcript / recording | Links to download the conversation transcript and audio |
Usage & billing#
Every call debits against your organization's monthly voice-minute commitment, not a per-call charge — see Usage & Plan for how plans, entitlement limits, the minute commitment, and invoicing work.
For a billing-focused view of the same call data as the reports above, the Account usage tab (app.lemuai.com/usage-pricing) shows a day-by-day breakdown of calls, talk time, and minutes billed for the current billing period, alongside how much of every other plan entitlement (voice agents, journeys, CRM contacts, and so on) you've used.
